Please be aware that certain racing jurisdictions, including many international racing authorities and some U.S. racing jurisdictions (such as New York), have specific regulations governing the design, color, and registration of racing silks.
If your silks will be used in one of these jurisdictions, you must notify StrideLab Racing before your order is finalized. Some custom designs may not comply with local racing regulations and may require modifications to be approved for use.
StrideLab Racing is not responsible for ensuring compliance unless we have been informed of the jurisdiction’s requirements prior to production. Orders produced as approved by the customer are considered custom-made and cannot be returned, refunded, or remade due to jurisdictional or regulatory restrictions that were not disclosed and/or approved before production.
